VERY IMPORTANT--Parking for the November 2nd Training

The principal of the  ORHS 9th Grade Campus has asked that all team managers park in the school's front parking lot, or in the Oak Ridge Elementary School parking lot and enter the building through the 9th Grade front entrance.  There will be another event in the cafeteria and we will be in the LGI, so we want to eliminate foot traffic through the cafeteria.  Enter the building at the front and the LGI is right on the main hallway.  There will be signs directing participants.  This is the last general team manager training.

Regional t-shirts and pin sets are now available to order using Pay Pal. The deadline is March 10th. T-shirts will be delivered to Conroe ISD teams' home campuses and will be mailed to non-Conroe ISD teams. We will ship to the address used in the Pay Pal account. If you want your merchandise shipped to another address, please email Pat Sudduth to let her know where to ship your merchandise. You will receive your shirts and pins prior to the Affiliate tournament. Teams are required to wear a regional t-shirt to the Awards Ceremony on Saturday night at the tournament.

Rankings with scores will be made available to teams as soon as possible.

    Media/Medical Release Form

    Team Managers,

In our region we only require one Media/Medical Release form from each participant. Some DI regions in Texas require separate forms. We will check to see if you have a form for each team member, and then you will keep the forms with you during the tournament. So sorry for the confusion.

    T-Shirt Pick Up

T-shirt orders will be ready for pick up in the Dime Store at the tournament on Saturday. The Dime Store will be in the cafeteria near team registration.

    Third Data Form Not Required

This is the first year DI has added a third form, which is actually more of a team reflection of their creative problem solving process. We are not requiring the form and it will not be scored this year. The link for the form is not working, because the form is optional.
